I love the ease of use, how it's so inclusive of features, and how the implementation was relatively pain-free. The integrations are pretty good, which we use the Pandadoc integration and Slack integration, and also use it with Zapier to connect to Pipefy.

We utilize the system with 19 remote sales reps, covering 8 states and 3 management seats. The system is outstanding, as we track the activities and deals for each sales reps. It becomes a valuable tool for the sales reps, as it keeps a history of everything. This is excellent as some of our deals could take over a year to close a deal.
